By accessing or using AUC Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
The marketplace
AUC Store is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals. We verify professionals against identity and background checks where possible, monitor AUC Scores, and mediate disputes — but we are not the provider of the services themselves.
Customer obligations
You agree to provide accurate requirement details, treat professionals with respect, and make agreed payments only upon satisfactory completion of work.
Professional obligations
Professionals agree to maintain valid documentation, respond to requirements honestly, honour stated quotes, deliver services to good industry standards, and keep customer information confidential.
AUC Score
The AUC Score is a proprietary grading of professional reliability based on completed jobs, ratings, response times and resolution behaviour. Scores may be updated and are shown for guidance.
Dispute resolution
If a service is disputed, both parties may raise the issue to our team, which will review evidence and attempt a fair resolution. Decisions are final where permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts actually paid by you on our platform. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
